River Damascus 9.5" Chef's Knife

This Western Chef's Knife, nicknamed Squall, is forged from 1060 layers of Damascus. The blade features a small polished brass spacer, a dyed and stabilized curly maple handle, and four holes along the face of the blade for the purpose of aesthetics and added food release. This knife has a cutting edge of 9.5" a heel height of 2.375", and an overall length of 14.25"
