High Carbon Santoku Chef's Knife

This chef's knife is made from 80crv2 high carbon steel. The handle is comprised of a copper bolster and an Arizona ironwood handle. The knife has a 5.75" cutting edge, 2.125" heel height, and a 10.75" overall length. For an additional $10 charge, it can come with a 17" black velvet knife sleeve.
